A black dress that looks just like one of Galadriel´s
This dress looks better, when it´s put on, but anyway. We have embroidered, black silk chiffon (pre-washed, like always in the washing machine). The under dress is made of black silk charmeuse. The belt is a hand beaded trim (L.A., Garment District)
Close up of the belt and embroidery detail of the silk chiffon. This is a very simple, yet elegant dress. It´s lightweight and nice for summer evenings.
The neckline is decorated with single black glass beads. The second row underneath holds the lining in place. Above the second row the dress is see through.
The back view of this dress. The back is also decorated with two rows of single beads.
The sleeve fabric was cut in one piece. There are no seams joining the upper sleeve with the lower bell-shaped part.
